ACFA: Case Study
ACFA sought a modernized website and digital ecosystem to reflect their evolving brand, support community engagement, bilingual (FR/EN) service delivery, integrate e-commerce, blog/press-release, and publications library. Their new site showcases the refreshed identity, improved user flows, content architecture, digital services (boutique, blog, annual reports) and extends into graphic design/branding for promotional materials.
Combined with strong branding and print collateral, Creative Coco’Nuts created a unified user experience across digital and physical touch points. From discovery through launch to post-launch refinement, the project leveraged UX research, design principles, technical implementation, content strategy and branding to empower ACFA’s community engagement.
