The Process

Discovery & Strategy

We started by working with STAA to understand the diverse audiences (members, school boards, public), the key messages (safety, advocacy, training) and functional needs (membership applications, resources access, event info).

Information Architecture & UX Design

Based on those insights we mapped out the site structure, navigation and user journeys so that visitors could easily find membership benefits, training resources, news and event details.

Visual Design & Branding Integration

With STAA’s brand identity in mind, we designed a clean, modern interface that conveys professionalism and accessibility. We applied consistent typography, colour treatment and imagery across pages.

Development & Responsive Build

We built the site to be fully responsive for desktop, tablet and mobile. Integrated key features: membership info, resources library, event announcements. We also ensured performance and accessibility best-practices.

Launch & Support

After thorough testing across browsers/devices and final review, we launched the site. We provided training/documentation for the STAA team to update content themselves and supported them through launch.
