Step 1: Reach out to us!
The first step is easy. You realize you need a new or updated logo, or other branding materials, and you reach out to our talented team of designers and web developers to find the solution.
Feel free to email, call, or message us on social media. We’ll respond to your message in a timely manner and make sure your query is addressed.
Step 2: Consultation
During this stage, we’ll meet with you, preferably in person, to figure out what goals you have, what needs you need met, and how we can provide you with the best possible finished product.
We will determine the target audience for your branding or logo, get to know your brand values, note a few key goals you’d like to meet with your branding or logo, and make sure to set parameters for what to expect.
At this stage, we’ll also conduct research. We’ll look into what your competitors are up to branding and logo wise, so that your brand is well set up to exist in the same market as them, and we’ll gather as much other information as possible to create a well-informed final product.
Step 3: Free quote
After our initial meeting, we’ll send you a free quote so you know what to expect and can make an informed decision.
Step 4: Design process
Once you decide to move forward with us, we’ll get started on making your new logo or branding a reality and bringing your vision to life.
You can be involved as much or as little as you choose.
Our design team will choose a colour palate, fonts, and start drafting design concepts. We will send you our ideas so you can have input into the final look and give us feedback on what you’d like to see more or less of.
For logos, we usually create a few different versions so you can choose your favourite. We’ll ask you questions like “What specifically do you like or not like about the logo?”, “What draws your eye in and stands out to you?” and “Does this feel representative of your brand and brand values?”
This provides us with very useful feedback that we can use to refine the final design.
Usually, there will be several rounds of revisions before the logo or brand design is finalized.
Step 5: Getting the design into your digital hands
We pride ourselves on meeting deadlines and parameters set out in the initial consultation. Our talented design team will send you the final version of your logo or brand assets in a timely manner. The finished assets will be high quality and uniquely suited to your brand needs. No two projects are the same!
